My focus honed in on prime locations, starting in the affluent enclave of Atherton and its surroundings. I gleaned invaluable insights into the business under the mentorship of the founder at Coldwell Banker. Every day was a lesson in the principles of honesty, integrity, and the genuine desire to assist others without expecting anything in return. We have never had any form of litigation at Ameribanker and are clients are protected better than all other brokerages big or small in Silicon Valley.

Since founding Ameribanker in 2006, I've successfully sold over 100 homes in Atherton. Notably, a significant portion of these transactions—35% to be exact—occurred off-market, leading to some of my most substantial deals. Think $18 million for 161 Tuscaloosa, $16 million for 7 Faxon Forest, and $15.5 million for 57 Linda Vista, to name a few. Networking with fellow agents and staying ahead of the market pulse, I recently closed the first Atherton sale of 2023—246 Polhemus, a significant off-market success.
